Guided Backpacking Trips in the Mountains of Montana!
Do you enjoy backpacking but lack congenial companions to go with or knowledge of the best wild places in the Northern Rockies to explore? Thinking of an Alaskan adventure but not sure of the details?
Join one of the High Country Adventure outings this summer! Our guests have ranged in age from 10 to 75. You needn't be an Olympic athlete - our week-long trips are typically 40 to 50 miles. Nonpack days for climbing, fishing and relaxing are interspersed with pack days averaging 8 or 9 miles. Guests must be in good health and in good physical condition so that this unique wildland experience can be safely enjoyed.
The vast Bob Marshall Wilderness allows us to explore new areas every summer in Montana. Alaska's wilderness is even more expansive. Small party size ensures a quality experience. Our leaders are experienced and knowledgeable, so safety and adventure are equivalent goals for all.
